We want to allow ex-felons as a part of their release to have guaranteed employment upon release to ensure they have a way of providing for themselves and their families . We want to end discrimination against those who have fallen astray in the past. We want them to build for the future. These efforts will reduce crime and poverty. We also believe that programs should be enacted while the offender is incarcerated so that the transition run smoothly. We want change
Why is this important?
We want to stop the revolving door Penal System in America...and provide immediate working alternatives to Ex Felons to prevent re-offending. We also want end discrimination against felons if their Crime is not applicable to their chosen profession .
