Why is this important?
"Incarceration due to drug addiction and the distribution of such ,has affected my father, mother, aunts, uncles, grandparents, brothers, sisters, friends and most of all the community from which i was raised. I have watched 95% of my generation perish in this 30yr "War on Drugs" Rehabilitation, Education and Employment should be our top priority, and this war on drugs should be stopped.
