We propose that marriage should be legal for same-sex couples in Pennsylvania. We seek passage of the Sims-McCarter bill in the House and Pennsylvania Senate Bill 719.
Why is this important?
In support of PA Senate Bill 719, we seek to bring marriage equality for the LGBT community to Pennsylvania. The relationships of LGBT Pennsylvanians deserve to be treated equally and fairly under the law.
