Stop mass deportation of Hispanics in Texas and elsewhere. This will lower the GDP and seriously harm my vibrant community on the border.
Why is this important?
Our community is 85% Hispanic. We have moved from 4th poorest city to 51st because of growth and investment here. Now law abiding and tax paying people are living in fear of deportation for themselves or a family member. 20,000 Dreamers attend college here and are feeling threatened. This is unnecessary!
