Make amendments to the current changes to Mass Health to include continuity of care for both standard medical and Behavioral Health needs.
Why is this important?
I, like thousands of others, am losing vital specialists needed for ongoing care because of the changes recently made to Mass Health. There is no continuity of care allowed, creating a disruption of care. Not all specialists in the new plan are adequate replacements. The Behavioral Healthcare is almost non-existent, with nothing yet in place for the effective start date of March 1st.
