The residents of the City of Rock Hill demand a stop to the outrageous, and unethical business practice of over charging electric rates.
Why is this important?
The people of Rock Hill are struggling to pay their outrageous electric bills. It is unconscionable and immoral to expect hard working individuals, most who live on limited incomes to afford electric bills that are 4 to 8 times the norm. Social responsibility is a key factor from an ethical standpoint lacking from our elected leadership. We demand a stop to this unethical business practice, and we demand a refund for over paid charges immediately.
