Since gun violence is getting out of hand all over our communities and two employees at Ashkenaz were shot, 3/15/13, and seriously injured during a robbery on Saturday, and since there is no sign that the problem is going to be solved at a national level, we ask Mayor Tom Bates to act locally by introducing legislation for tougher gun control in the city.
