Mayor Turner,
Southwest Key Programs, the same contractor that operates the facilities where hundreds of undocumented children are being confined, plans to operate a new facility for children at 419 Emancipation Avenue and does not have the proper permits to begin operation.
As a concerned constituent, I am asking you to revoke their permits.
Why is this important?
Houston is a welcoming city! The city should not do business with a company that is awarded millions to keep families separated.
