Eliminate any and all press coverage of guns and gun violence. This coverage is what the gunmen want, attention, and the media is giving it to them, thus rewarding them for their gross acts of violence.
Why is this important?
An increse in gun violence across the United States is being amplified by the medias over publicization of these issues. This is directed to the president due to the fact that a media ban would be in violation of the first ammendment of the Bill of Rights. Changes to the second ammendment are evidently neccessary, however, the legislation need not be publicized; the legislation is a matter best handled by the president and congress, it is their job to make these changes, not ours as citizens.
