Governor and the Legislature of Iowa respectfully view the demographics of Iowans, and function accordingly with compassion but most of all understanding of this factor and form with the Governments program or Yours but now.
The Department of Health and Human Services in Iowa needs new Leadership with new updated guidelines with sufficient follow up and strong oversight against the abuse which now is being overlooked , those not in need receiving and those in dire need are not.
The need is long overdue the time is now the place is in Des Moines, Iowa.
