I know i speak for a lot of people when i say that marijuana should be legalized, or at decriminalized. Putting people in jail for something that's natural is a crime of itself. Millions of innocent, non violent offenders are jailed for practically nothing. Alcohol is far more dangerous than marijuana, and yet alcohol is perfectly legal. You don't arrest people who drink responsibly, so why should marijuana users be treated any differently?
Why is this important?
Medical Marijuana needs to be legalized in every state. I myself have struggled with depression and insomnia that has only been cured by marijuana. I am not a criminal, but because of these ridiculous outdated laws, i am. I am not the only one who feels this way either.
