Medicare D in current form should be repealed. Take private insurers out and make a single pay entity and roll back penalties. Same with ObamaCcare. Make a single pay designed like Medicare
Why is this important?
Repeal Medicare D and make Obama care a single pa system like Medicare.. Part D should have never been passed for insurance companies and caused drugs to rise in cost
