Some local politicians refuse to act on the gun lobby and the proliferation of mass shootings in school. These politicians have shown a weak-kneed approach and response to the murdering of our children. Because they don't act, our youth have to advocate for themselves. As a parent, would you allow your child to march and speak out?
Why is this important?
It was heart-wrenching to watch that video during this last mass shooting. Some politicians have already put into the dialog, "Now is not the time"; the same language we have heard after every mass shooting. "Enough is Enough", the time is now.
