We ( Khiara and I) urge you to sign this petition to protect her "Daddy" literally from being lynched. Missouri's Governor Jay Nixon and Attorney General Chris Koster must step in and provide justice for Aaron Roberts and his daughter Khiara Roberts and his family, and the community.
Why is this important?
Less than two years ago I had the unfortunate event of losing my job in turn I did what I thought would be a simple thing as requesting through the courts a modification to my current monthly child support ($986.00) to Amy Faber (Caucasus female). During the last year I have personally spent over $10,000.00 (mostly borrowed) trying to get this done not to mention two weeks in jail for not paying her attorney Lyle Odo fees of $5000.00. After much legal wrangling that lasted almost two years here is where I and Khiara stand.
Child Support set at $986.00 a month ($15,621.95) Arrears
Amy Faber's Attorney's Fees of $26,998.50
Medical bills for Khiara at $1000.00
Warrant with no bail if $21621.95 is not paid by Aug 23rd 2013. All this by one racist,bitter,corrupt Judge Joel Fahnestock.
Khiara and the other children Of Missouri deserve better from our Judges...lets stop the racist and judicial misconduct actions today!
