Mitch McConnell demands deep budget cuts, AND he wants President Obama to take all the heat. That's not leadership. That's being wimpy.
McConnell can start the budget cuts debate today by proposing the SPECIFIC cuts he wants. It's simple. He could do it this afternoon.
