You are not representing the people of Kentucky if you are not allowing them to contact you via phone. This is a willful disregard for a large part of your job--listening to the voice of the people you represent.
Why is this important?
I have been unable to reach Mitch McConnell for over 2 years because his voice mail is full. I used to be able to reach someone at the Kentucky number but not the DC number. Now, the voice mail on both phones is full. I have emailed him to give him my thoughts about his full voicemail, but have gotten no response. I am very frustrated by his unwillingness to hear from the people he represents.
