That no out of state citizen be allowed to run for office in another state just because they meet the residential guidelines. That dual residency be disallowed when it comes to governmental service.
Why is this important?
It has come to my attention that in recent years hi profile citizens have been allowed to live in multiple states and declare dual residencies for the sole purpose of running for public office just so they could run for a higher office. Mitt Romney is from Utah, yet he claimed to be a resident of Massachusetts while also living in New Hampshire just so he could run for Governor of Massachusetts and then eventually have a shot at running for the Presidency. That any and all citizens be limited to one state when running for any high public service office. If you weren't born there, you can't hold a public service office. Its a conflict of interest
