I disagree with the MiLB Rules Changes, and petition for the resignation of Commissioners Robert Manfred and Pat O'Conner.
Why is this important?
Manfred and O'Conner have put in place the runner-on-2nd rule. This dismissal of baseball tradition shows their lack of ability to serve as baseball officials. Sign this petition as a vote of no confidence.
