Mobile Home Parks Lot Fees

Mobile Home parks in South Carolina are being taken over by big Corporations who are resetting lot rents at outrageous fees. We need a cap put on these fees as most Mobile Home Parks are 55 and older with tenants living on a monthly Social Security check. Some sort of stipulation on lot rent fees for people over a certain age, maybe based on income. Plus some rules and regulations on leases in general.
