Money to Restore Swim Center not Special Elections

Instead of sheltering $567,000 for a special election to deprive Santa Clarans from electing the police chief and city clerk, money should be spent to restore the International Swim Center.

Why is this important?

Santa Clara has a world famous international swim center now in disrepair. Santa Clarans benefit from the Swim Center. It needs to be repaired.
