I personally don't think that it is right for the employer not to give inexperienced people a chance to do a job. I got pregnant at the young age 13 and have tried to get a job to take care my children, but have been unsuccessful through it all. They say they don't discriminate, but I disagree because I'm a hard working wife of four children and I'm only 21 years old. I have been doing everything for my children and I just wanna provide for them like a parent should and get a job like my husband.
Why is this important?
I have applied for many jobs and have been denied all of them based on my experience. I want to be able to get a job without being discriminated against for my inexperience and take care of my kids, without being a parent on welfare just to take care of my family.
