mortgage modification: "Help lower the modification payment'

Seniors citizens on a fixed income and home is underwater. Cannot get a reverse mortg, rcv'd modification but payment not lowered enough.

I rcv'd a mortgage modification but payment is still very high, I am a senior citizen .
