Brent Mallo will not get a fair trial anywhere in upper Michigan. His Trial Must be moved to a county in Lower Michigan with a new Judge and Prosecutor.

Why is this important?

Brent Mallo has been jailed for over a year, falsley accused of sexual abuse 20 years ago by a woman that has made the same claims against numerous men. She is a fraud. Mallo has been ripped from his family, denied health care, went through a mistrial, and in this tiny town everyone knows everyone and the re trial needs moved out of 49th circuit. There is no way a Judge or Jury can be unbiased as everyone knows everyone including the prosecutor. Tyler Thompson and Judge Hill Kennedy.
