This is the time to pass:
1. Inmigration Reform,
2. Driver License or ID to all people driving or living in USA, regardless of their legal status. This does not mean, legalization of their migratory status. This mean, true ID of all who are driving or living in USA. They have to responsible for their actions. We do not want more fake ID, or pay our insurance to cover their damages. Everybody have to be responsible for their actions
Why is this important?
There are many people who has wrong ID. They do not pay for car or other insurances. This misunderstanding of their legal status, have created a numerous fakes ID, unable to identify the individuals and has given to them a excellent, legal way to get free of their share.
