This country needs a National Recycling Law that all states must adopt and adhere to for the betterment of our country, and our world. Isn't it time we stop the unnecessary waste we fill our landfills full of every day!
Why is this important?
Federal mandate that would require all states to have recycling program in place, that is easy for citizens and communities to establish,use and expand.
