Multi-cultural education in schools and colleges

Our education system in schools and colleges needs to expand to eradicate ignorance about southeast asian religions like Sikhism, Hinduism and others.
The Sikh Americans, who have lived here since the start of the 20th century, unfortunately, have been mistaken as Arabs and terrorists after 9/11/2001. There have been over 800 incidents involving the Sikhs starting with Balbir Singh Sodhi, now at the Southern Poverty Law Center.
Sikhism is the 5th largest religion in the world believing in one creator, praying for a world of optimism and well-being of humanity, ensuring equality and justice for all.

Why is this important?

Enhancing our education system.
