There is now and never has been an Amish major league baseball player. We think that the exclusion of the Amish is not only discriminatory, but deprives the fans of seeing religiously hard working, honest and dedicated players bringing back the atmosphere of old time baseball. No computers or other gadgets that reduce baseball to a haven for sabremetric stat hounds.
Why is this important?
We want to see the Amish religious barrier broken by having Amish players in Major League Baseball.
