We the sick, injured, and disabled people of the United States of America do hereby call upon Congress to create a national medical marijuana program to be funded by the taxes received through the sale of medical cannabis. Furthermore we demand that the Department of Health and Human Services release all information pertaining to the plant cannabis sativa and cannabis indica and its efficacy in treating various diseases, injuries, and disabilities.
Why is this important?
This petition is to notify Congress and President of the United States that the undersigned people of the United States of America demand a safe and effective, not for profit a National Medical Marijuana Program.
Currently 74% of the U.S. population support the legalization of medical marijuana.
This is a NATIONAL Petition and can be signed by any and all citizens of the United States of America.
