The basic right of every American citizen to vote easily and simply has been hi-jacked by partisan politics. There needs to be a national standard regarding Early Voting, Number of Machines per registered voter for each voting place and Scanners that give a voter a copy to prove ones vote is received and is correct.
Why is this important?
When I see people having to wait hours to vote I am stunned. As long as a political partisan is in charge of voting rules the system will be compromised to disenfranchise whomever the political partisan deems opposed to their particular political agenda.
