Bi-annually, the registered American Voters will determine the income/welfare of the congressional members. This will be inclusive of funding from non payroll funding to the members personally, as well as in the form of campaign funding, remuneration for speaking engagements, and post congressional service employment clauses. Said amount of payment will be voted upon in the form of a $xxxx.xx amount and not as a percentage.
Why is this important?
We, as employers of the American Congress, should be the ones to determine the income, how it is acquired, and the healthcare, of our members/employees.
