NATIONAL VOTER REGISTRATION LAW

Part I: The U.S. Government should be responsible for voter registration of all citizens. There should be standard requirements, standardized form and process plus a national database so any elibible voter can check status.
Part II: The U.S. Government should be responsible for Presidential election process: standardized voting procedures, formats, equipment, and tabulation.

Why is this important?

Given the constant voting disasters, attempts at voter suppression, procedures and equipment problems, neither states nor political parties should be responsible for Presidential elections.
