This will be a national universal bill to change voting procedures so that that those procedures will be uniform though out the nation and that early voting, easier access, shorter lines, simplified ballots, more reliable vote ballot counting will be incorporated uniformally throughout the nation in all federal elections.
Why is this important?
A universal bill to improve voting procedures for early voting, more efficient voting in order to eliminate long lines and simplify voting in national elections.
I have not been personally affected but many Of my friends and family members have.
