No one in the who state and Westchester County Mental health systems will acknowledge that Physical Disabilities and or Physical Illness can be the sole reason for a Psychiatric Diagnosis. One must both come together.
Why is this important?
The acknowledgement of Physical Disabilites are not being acknowledged when u have a Psychiatric Diagnosis. Everything is considered solely psychiatric.
