The New York State Department of Health has yet to approve a school based health clinic grant. This grant would maintain a health clinic within the Franklin high school campus located in Downtown Rochester under the authority of Anthony L. Jordan Health Center.

Why is this important?

Without the approval of this grant the school based health clinic on the Franklin campus will close, leaving many students without access to medical care and mental health counseling services.
