Why is this important?
Voter fraud is practically non-existent, and the NH legislature should stop wasting so much time on bills restricting peoples' rights.
The requirement of any I.D. document that costs the citizen money is equal to imposing a poll tax, which was prohiited in 1964, by the 24th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
