It becomes increasingly apparent that a supreme court comprised of only nine justices is not large enough to handle the increasing number of cases reaching the Court. We signers ask you propose or support legislation increasing the number of justices from nine to fifteen and give this nation a court worthy of a nation of 300 million citizens; a court for America for the 21st century.
