Dear Secretary Bemis,
Please keep in place the current ban on concealed weapons in our NM State Parks. Keep our parks peaceful and family-friendly, instead of welcoming those with an orientation to guns,
Why is this important?
NM State Parks are some of my favorite places to camp. I love the safe, family-friendly atmosphere in beautiful natural surroundings. Revoking the ban on concealed weapons will send a message that violence is acceptable, and may attract a less friendly crowd to our shared spaces.
