Since our nations leaders are paid to produce a budget annually and have failed to do so, they have not fulfilled their basic duties. Therefore, as a consequence of them not fulfilling their Oathe of Office they automatically forfeit a minimum of six months pay and are duty bound to rescind all recess and adjournments until a budget is passed.
