We'd like to ask to the Council body of the City of Lynwood, in the County of Los Angeles, California to allow entrepreneurs to be able to contribute to our communities by allowing them to start their own business or be able to buy out an existing business by granting he/she a business license when presenting an ID generated by one of that person's own consulate in the United States.
Why is this important?
As a local landlord I been hurt by having spaces not rented due to this city ordinance of denying a business license to a person without a CA. ID.
