Please just make it illegal to operate a veicle;car, truck or motorcycle while useing a cell. See to much of it out there.
Why is this important?
I beleave that people while driving should be on cell phone; talking or TEXTING! Some states it is not allowed but it should be nation wide. School is back in setion and they will be on their bikes or walking. Too many people distacted on the cell.
