If the Commercial property rollback goes through many companies will actually get way more than their fair share. Many companies have already been given tax rebates or other incentives by the state and/or local governments to build or add to their businesses. It is only fair that these companies do not receive a commercial property rollback until they have used up the current incentives or have fulfilled their contractual obligations to the state and/or local governments ( ie TIF districts, tax rebates, guaranteed assessments etc. )
Why is this important?
Many companies already get tax incentives from the state and local governments please limit their commercial rollback until those incentives/obligations are satisfied.
