I am starting this petition because we are seeing women and children being raped and murdered at an alarming rate! We, as a community, need to come together to stop this epidemic! Rapists, pedophiles, and child abusers, are being let out of prison early to re-offend ! This is not okay! Here's our chance to make a difference.
