Amend the Constitution to limit terms of office for both the House of Representatives and the Senate to 10 years - the same as the President. Both houses of Congress contribute to Social Security and private insurance instead of their current "entitlement". And NO full pay for any member of Congress or President after their retirement.
Why is this important?
It is unfair and unjust for our Federal, State and Local Government officials to receive different benefits and entitlements than that of the citizens they represent.
