no Fare hikes or cut backs for mass transit,

The avarage Social Security recipient got an incrase of about $425.00 this year after 2 years without one. During the same time the MBTA unions got a 3.5% increase; a worker starting at $40,000.00 3 years ago would have an increase of$4,476.00; seems like you're raising costs disproportionately on our backs. Send the MBTA Board back to cut their overhead

Why is this important?

MBTA union employees were getting a 3.5% while Social Security recipients got none. We had about a four hundred dollar increase this year. MBTA unions pay little towards their health insurance co-pay + other medical costs. Seems unfare to raise fares on our backs.
