The House of Representatives passed legislation which would allow a person who is mentally ill, including those who cannot manage their own affairs, to buy a gun/guns.

Why is this important?
I am just a citizen, saddened deeply by Sandy Hook, Colorado cinema murders, University of Virginia, and so many more. So many of these murders were committed by persons that were mentally ill. How many more do we need before we say, there must be some limits to gun ownership! Act now!
