The practice of hiding or burying measures or riders in huge Congressional bills is dishonest, manipulative, and wrong. Any additions to any bills need to be announced to all members of Congress before the vote and must be completely related to the bill itself.
Why is this important?
It's not right or fair for members of Congress to be tricked into voting for "must pass" bills that are loaded with unrelated items, and it's really not fair to the American people who then have to live with the consequences of these bills.
