Language usage is extremely important in reflecting attitudes. In speech and writing, our leaders should avoid using the phrase "illegal alien". A more respectful term is "undocumented person." Behavior follows language.

Stop using the modifier "illegal" to describe an undocumented person.
And while we are at it, eliminate "alien" as it sounds like someone from "outer space"
