Our jails are filled with non-violent criminals who can better serve our commnuities by becoming productive citizens merely from education and rehab. We can then save a lot of money per person who are jailed for small amounts of drugs or for trying to sell drugs in small amounts.
Why is this important?
Releasing non-violent criminals with small drug related offenses that whites do not get to be sentenced for.
