Stop any funding for Secret Service lifetime protection of ex Presidents and their spouses. The current immediate 10 year post office protection is sufficient.
Why is this important?
There have been comments that the White House or Congress has suggested and some endorsement for a lifetime of secret service body guard for ex Presidents and their spouses. JUST SAY NO. The current 10 years post service is enough. Ex Presidents and their spouses (of our modern times) are multi millionaires and do not need permanent Taxpayer funding.
