Corporate entities which indulge in political speech shall lose their limited liability status and owners (shareholders and/or donors) must be identified. and informed.
Why is this important?
Since the Citizen's United supreme court decision, corporations (both for-profit and not-for-profit) have the ability to spend unlimited amounts in political speech. These legal entities should lose their limited liability for these activities. Thus the owners (shareholders and/or donors) must be made public, and the owners must be informed and agree with the political speech.
